SUPERHERO TRAINING ACADEMY!

July 29-August 1 (9am-noon)
August 12-August 15 (9am-noon)

REGISTER BEFORE JUNE 30, 2024 AND RECEIVE A 20% DISCOUNT

Join in on superhero training, where your child will create their very own superhero identity. There they will learn all about the amazing qualities and characteristics that make a hero. They will participate in mock superhero missions and study real-life superhero fight moves.

Your child will get to experience the following:

Physical Movement - Martial art self defense moves, taught by a qualified instructor. Work with the local police department and fire department to experience administering CPR and first aid skills

Science - Aspects of physics such as velocity will be explored through a Superhero lens. Answering such questions as how do they walk through walls? Which Superhero is really faster, Superman or the Flash?

Art - Use a creative array of materials to create a superhero costume.

Local History - identify and discuss local heroes in Yamhill County and surrounding areas.
